Whether you're updating a few spaces or reimagining your entire home, we guide you through the renovation process with thoughtful design solutions. We enhance existing spaces with a fresh perspective - balancing function and flow - while managing every detail along the way.

We hand-select and source custom furniture, textiles, art, and accessories to bring warmth and personality to your space. From layout and color palettes to the final layer of styling, we transform your house into a home that reflects your unique taste and needs. We are currently accepting furnishings projects only for homes where the architectural and interior finishes align with our design vision, either through our own hardscape design or through larger-scale interior modifications.

    Pre Design

    We begin by getting to know you, your lifestyle, aesthetic, and goals, so the design aligns seamlessly with your vision. Through site walks, plan reviews, and client-shared inspiration, we establish a clear, collaborative direction before the design phase begins.

    Design Phase

    We develop the full design concept - sourcing finishes and fixtures, collecting samples, creating renderings, material specifications, layouts, and spatial plans. We will then present for client review and approval.

    Technical Documentation

    We create a detailed spec book with all technical drawings, interior elevations, and finish schedules. This includes everything trades need - from plumbing and electrical to cabinetry, tile, and custom details.

    Project Management + Procurement

    We manage the design process through coordination with builders and trades, review quotes/drawings, and oversee re-selections due to field changes or availability. We place orders for all final selections, including furniture, soft goods, and styling pieces.

    Install + Post Design

    Furniture is delivered and styling begins with the help of our team and a handyman on site to handle art, lighting, and final touches. We wrap up with a final review, styling invoice, and ensure all loose ends are tied.

  • After understanding the specific details of your project, we will provide a customized proposal based on an estimated number of hours charged at our hourly design fee rate. Drawing on our extensive industry experience, we are able to gauge the time needed to successfully complete a project of your size, ensuring a seamless and fully customized design process tailored to your unique needs. Our initial consultation fee is $195, which is credited towards your design hours should you move forward with us.

  • At this time, we are focusing exclusively on a select number of full-service projects. This allows us to dedicate the necessary time and attention to every detail, ensuring a truly personalized and high-quality design experience for each client.

  • Yes, we require that you work with a licensed contractor and/or trade partners. We maintain a close and collaborative relationship with your team throughout the entire project to ensure seamless coordination and a successful outcome.

  • We do not extend our trade discounts directly, but instead offer access to a wide range of exclusive, trade-only resources that we source and provide through our studio. We operate as a retailer and price furnishings and materials at MSRP, which allows us to offer a highly customized, full-service experience while maintaining the quality and care that go into every detail of your project.

    We invest significant time and resources traveling to markets, sourcing from exclusive vendors, and building relationships with trade-only partners to bring unique, custom-curated pieces to each project—items not typically available through mainstream retail channels. Retaining the trade discount helps support this process and ensures we can continue to deliver thoughtful, elevated design tailored specifically to you.
